It will take UP TO 3 WEEKS to receive your plan. Depending on how high demand is, your plan can be delivered within 2 days of your questionnaire submission, or up to 3 weeks.
The delivery time also depends on your health history and individual complexity. For example, if you have had a back surgery and a shoulder surgery, these are additional complexities that will be factored into your custom training plan.
Most plans are delivered within one week of receiving your questionnaire response. But, depending on both demand and complexity, it could take up to 3 weeks AFTER you submit your questionnaire to deliver your plan.
