MY COACHING PHILOSOPHY

I’m no stranger to the world of bodybuilding, powerlifting, and lifting heavy things in the weight room. For more than 20 years, I’ve not only been pushing myself further, I’ve been helping my clients do it too.

But I also believe in balance. I’m NOT thinking about weights every waking minute, or tracking my protein levels every hour. I want to enjoy life without restricting myself and that is what I teach to all my students on the Coach Greg YouTube channel.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I ask questions after I purchased the program?

Yes! The Coach Greg team will respond to all email questions from diet plan followers. Email coaching@gregdoucette.com with any question you have about your plan.
 

What age do you have to be to purchase a custom diet program?

These coaching plans are for EVERYONE. It doesn't matter if you are a teenager or Grandma Josephine!

Do you offer refunds?

Custom plans take a good deal of effort and time from my team and myself and are exempt from refunds. There are a host of great training providers who do offer refunds and there is no pressure to purchase one of our plans if a refund is important to your decision-making process.

Due to the time and effort involved in a custom plan, it's simply not something we do. If you have any questions prior to purchasing, do let us know by sending an email to coaching@gregdoucette.com.

What if I am dissatisfied with my plan?

My team is committed to customer satisfaction. If, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your plan, send an email to coaching@gregdoucette.com and we will do our best to address your concerns and rectify what ever needs to be rectified.

You will find that the plans are great and our support post-purchase is also pretty solid. If you have any suggestions etc, let us know too.

How long will it take to receive my plan?

It will take UP TO 3 WEEKS to receive your plan. Depending on how high demand is, your plan can be delivered within 2 days of your questionnaire submission, or up to 3 weeks.

The delivery time also depends on your health history and individual complexity. For example, if you have have Celiac disease and lactose intolerance, these are additional complexities that will be factored into your custom diet.

Most plans are delivered within one week of receiving your questionnaire response. But, depending on both demand and complexity, it could take up to 3 weeks AFTER you submit your questionnaire to deliver your plan.
